Hankook Sarang Korean Restaurant is a beloved destination for authentic Korean cuisine in Nepal, known for its rich flavors and warm ambiance.
Their website, however, didn’t reflect the excellence they deliver. The goal was clear: create a modern, user-friendly website that aligns with their brand identity and showcases their extensive food and bar menus effectively.
Goals
- Revamp the website to reflect the brand’s identity and reputation.
- Create a dynamic and structured showcase for their vast food and bar menus.
- Develop a user-friendly backend system for effortless content management.
Challenges
The food menu posed a unique challenge with about 80 items across 17 categories. Structuring this massive list for seamless browsing and managing it dynamically from the backend required meticulous planning and execution.
My Role in the Project
- Website Design & Development: Created a sleek, visually appealing custom theme.
- Content Structuring: Streamlined navigation and organized the large food and bar menus.
- Backend CMS: Built a content management system for easy updates by non-technical staff.
